Make Mine Melodies |
Eddie is the trumpet-player of Nolan’s cat band with Homer Bailey and Betty Hansen. The brainless and brawnless of Nolan’s band, Eddie was an immigrant with few opportunities and fewer connections, and was the first to fall in with Nolan. He shares Nolan’s dreams of making it big, but for now, they are content to partake in the simpler pleasures of life. However, as a result he is somewhat of a ‘man-child.’

Trivia
- Eddie speaks with a thick Irish accent, though the decision to make him Irish was relatively recent.
- He takes inspiration from a 2013 Warriors OC named Wildstorm. Wildstorm was the childhood bully of the protagonist, similar to the role Adrian plays with Audrey. His personality has remained essentially the same, though now in the adult role.
- During the writing process, I continually confused whether Eddie plays the trumpet or the saxophone.
